Gift certificates and/or golf balls will
be awarded in each flight for low gross scores, except the AA flight will also
include net score. Placement in a
flight is determined by adjustment of your Handicap Index
by the host club representative based on that club's slope
rating.

USGA rules will apply at all times. New
applicants must have maintained a USGA Handicap index of 16.6 or
less for one months before being accepted for membership. To
renew membership, a member must have maintained a maximum of a
20.4 handicap index for one months immediately prior to renewal.
During the season, all members with handicaps above 20 must play to an 20 handicap. Club representatives will be responsible for
conforming handicaps and handicap indexes for member play.
Slow play is unacceptable. When
a hole is
open in front of you, split your group into 2 twosomes until that
space has been eliminated. GPS and other distance measuring devices are allowed
for all West Coast events. Please refrain from ell phone use during play.
Cancellation Procedure: You must cancel
at least 48 hours before scheduled play. If a player is late
canceling, the Rep from the host club will notify the Treasurer. The Treasurer is then responsible for collecting the lunch charge or $20.00, whichever is greater
unless there is a death in the immediate family . The member will not be allowed to play until this cancellation fee is paid.
Registration Procedure: Reps should e-mail to host Rep by closing date, even if no players are attending. Priority is given based on attendance.
